<p>　　内蒙古鄂尔多斯准格尔经济开发区大路产业园于鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗内。</p>
<p>　　2021年12月28日，《内蒙古鄂尔多斯准格尔经济开发区大路产业园区域气候可行性论证报告》通过内蒙古自治区气象局评审。该报告论证范围：根据《鄂尔多斯市人民政府关于设立鄂尔多斯大路产业园区的批复》（鄂府函[2012]539号）文件，大路产业园区规划建设面积170平方公里。其中，园区工业规划建设面积140平方公里，分为一园三区，具体包括煤化工产业区、精细化工产业区和资源综合利用产业区。另外，准格尔旗为园区配套建设的市政服务区为30平方公里，规划建设内容为产学研基地、行政办公区、金融商务区和配套生活服务区。</p>
<p>　　论证范围内工程建设项目共享论证成果，不再单独开展气候可行性论证。列入负面清单的建设项目，需单独开展气候可行性论证。</p>
<p>　　负面清单包括：国家规定的特殊工程和交通、水利、能源、化工、电力等领域的重大工程。</p>
